Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is a group fitness activity that makes tennis fun for players of all levels. Cardio Tennis features drills to give players an ultimate, high-energy workout. Taught by a teaching professional, Cardio Tennis includes warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If present or new players are looking for a great new way to get in shape and burn calories, they must try Cardio Tennis.
One hour classes are limited to 10 people. Sign up is required. You may sign up for classes up to one week in advance.
