Group Kick

Group Kick is a 60-minute cardiovascular program designed to define and shape the body and self confidence. Helping to improve flexibility, strength and endurance, Group Kick borrows movements from boxing, kickboxing and various martial art disciplines and programs, creating a simple, fun and effective group workout. Group Kick offers both physical and mental, relaxation benefits and is considered an empowering workout for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Fitness Kickboxing

Fitness Kickboxing is a high-intensity workout that involves sparring, hitting heavy bags, and making round house kicks. It incorporates training routines into a high calorie burning exercise and is geared to all ages and levels. Different from aerobics or cardio-kickboxing where instructors stand in front of the class, fitness kickboxing instructors are more proactive, moving around and individualizing the workout.

Spinning

Spinning is a 45-minute high intensity group cycling class, where participants focus on a combination of movements, techniques and visualization, while listening to motivational music. Spinning enables you to gain physical and cardiovascular strength and endurance.

Step Aerobics

Step aerobics burns tons of calories with about half the impact of running and it offers an amazing workout. The ‘Step’ itself is a raised platform, and the higher the step is placed, the more intense the work out. There are several other motions that are added to a step routine – turning from side to side, hopping over the step, stepping off of the end of the step, doing knee lifts, etc. All of these are simply modifications of the basic up/down motion on the step, set to music.

Yoga

Yoga classes improve your physical, mental, and spiritual state of mind. Incorporating healing, strengthening, and stretching with concentration and meditation, yoga helps the body both physically and mentally. Yoga cultivates awareness while building core strength and flexibility.
