Athletic Development

Pick 2 Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu 4 - 5:30pm

High School Athletic Development is an 8 week program for middle school and high school athletes. The program provides the education young athletes need today to be safe and effective in the weight room.

Training focuses on:

  • Improving Athleticism

  • Decreasing the Risk of Injuries

  • Increasing Mobility & Flexibility

  • Improving Power Output

  • Improving Speed & Agility

  • Creating Muscle Balances withing the Body

  • Increasing VO2

The program has an open enrollment and runs twice a week. It tailors to the reality of the busy lifestyles of today. It is important for young athletes to be involved in weight room training, so the program is offer 4 days per week for athletes to get 2 days of training in.
