In addition to offering over 50 group exercise classes each week, including Group Power, Group Kick, Group Step, Zumba, SPINNING, Yoga, Kickboxing and Cardio Tennis, Fore Court is proud to offer Fitness Programs. These programs are instructed by personal trainers certified by nationally recognized organizations and are designed to focus on your fitness goals.
This program is designed for athletes of all sports and will focus on improving speed, agility, acceleration and deceleration, increasing power, strength, conditioning, vertical jump and athleticism while working on muscle balance, injury prevention, mobility & flexibility.
The Fitness Camp is designed to help you achieve your goals with weight training and conditioning. This class offers motivation in a group setting to enhance workouts and turn unwanted weight into muscle. Set your goals and workout with your friends, while properly training!
Maintain your “Beach Body” shape all winter with the Winter Classic program! The class meets once a week in the evening or morning, whichever fits your schedule best. Each session lasts approximately 1.5 hours and includes free weights, core work, conditioning and nutrition consultation homework. Results are guaranteed!
The Speed & Agility class is designed to improve mobility, strengthen footwork techniques and increase explosiveness. By taking this class, you will become more conditioned, more explosive, develop stability, mobility and core strength, increase your metabolism and enhance your reaction time.
Bootcamp
Get ready for the new you! If you’re looking to get in the best shape of your life and completely change the way you look, it’s time to start Bootcamp! Bootcamp will work on improving your cardio, balance, strength and endurance and most importantly, you will have fun doing it. Our certified personal trainer will push you to your highest level and will do so in a positive and motivating manner.
Functional Training
Physical activity alone is proven to lower the risks of disease such as Alzheimer’s, Diabetes and Cancer and Functional Training will also help increase movement in daily activities. Learn the basics of exercise while improving performance & longevity, and decreasing injury risks.
