No matter your fitness goal, Fore Court offers a Group Exercise class for you! As one of the first clubs in New England and the only club in Northern Rhode Island to offer classes, our schedule includes over 50 classes per week, including SPINNING®, Group Power, Group Kick, Group Step, Zumba, Yoga, Kickboxing and Cardio Tennis.
