As one of the first clubs in New England and the only club in Northern Rhode Island to offer classes, our schedule includes over 50 classes per week, including SPINNING®, Group Power, Group Kick, Group Step, Zumba, Yoga, Kickboxing and Cardio Tennis. We also offer group fitness camps!
