High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), like GRIT, is the state-of-the-science way to get fitter, faster. All three Les Mills GRIT modules - Strength, Plyo and Cardio - are scientifically tested to create the optimum workout for you to achieve impressive changes in strength, speed and body composition.
GRIT is simple to follow, with your own coach in a motivating, small group setting.
When: February 28th to March 31st
Details: Sign up for classes 1 week in advance in the group fitness office. Make your package work for you. You can change the times and classes you take weekly. We highly recommend taking 2 classes per week - 1 Strength + 1 Cardio OR 1 Plyo.
