Are you training for a mud run, tough mudder, spartan race or other obstacle course race? Give our course a test run and practice going through the obstacles for speed, getting over the walls or climbing ropes.
Need instruction? Our personal trainers will teach you technique on climbing rope, scaling walls and shaving off some time. Plus, you'll get a high intensity interval workout to boost your endurance!
What you need
Athletic clothing (high socks recommended)
Water or sports drink
Stop in a few minutes early to fill out a waiver and pay at the front desk
Sunday Race Ready
Whether you are preparing for your 1st obstacle race or you’re a seasoned veteran preparation is the key to succeeding. Experience obstacle training combined with strength and cardio intervals to become a stronger, faster and more confident version of yourself! Our coaches have been through the trenches and know what it takes to succeed in a race. You WILL become race day ready! *Geared towards beginners and newer racers.
Saturday – Commit to Conquer
Challenge your body, challenge your mind and commit to conquer! Come leave it all on the course in this high intensity strength boot camp! Push your limits on a variety of obstacles and strength equipment including atlas stones, tires, hammers, and much more! *Geared towards those with a competitive mindset
*Various weeknights- Course Runs
Different courses will be set up each week which will be open to all for course runs. Go at your own pace, time yourself or not, use as race sim if you’d like. Days will be announced ahead of time on the FC OTC FB page and will typically be held at 7pm. Open training also available, but please stay out of the way of course runs.
Private Group Events and Parties
Host an event on the obstacle course! Fore Court has a variety of group options including team building, corporate events, private group training and birthday parties! Events are customized to suit your group’s needs and interests.

*Participants must register via pre-payment at least 90 minutes before class to ensure we have enough people to hold class. For 7:30am classes, please pay by 9pm the night before.
*Please don’t count on being able to drop-in, as class won’t be held if there’s not enough people pre-registered.
*$20/session payable via Venmo. If you can’t pay via Venmo, let me know. This is the easiest way to track. This fee includes a day pass to the gym as well!
