Senior Programs
Get Fit, Stay Active!

Seniors

For those people 65 and older, Fore Court has developed a special program that addresses the fitness needs and goals of older individuals. Seniors are taken through a specially designed fitness program to familiarize them with cardio equipment and the Nautilus circuit. Fore Court provides four senior days over the course of the year. Lunch is included during each senior day, providing a social atmosphere for seniors to meet.

You can also try out Senior Fitness Class with Ken every Tuesday at 10:15am.
