For those people 65 and older, Fore Court has developed a special program that addresses the fitness needs and goals of older individuals. Seniors are taken through a specially designed fitness program to familiarize them with cardio equipment and the Nautilus circuit. Fore Court provides four senior days over the course of the year where personal trainers teach new fitness techniques including utilizing stability and medicine balls, incorporating bands and steppers into a workout, and performing proper stretching. Lunch is included during each senior fitness day, offering a social atmosphere for seniors to meet after their workout.
