USTA Tennis

Mixed doubles (18+ and 50+) play Feb. through May. Teams are offered at the 6.0, 7.0, 8.0 and 9.0 levels. Adult and senior teams play May through July. Teams are offered at the 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 levels.  USTA Junior Team Tennis is also available.

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you must try Cardio Tennis.

Speed & Agility

Improve your footwork on the court and your first step to the ball by this taking Speed and Agility class. By taking this class, you will become more conditioned, more explosive, develop stability, mobility and core strength, increase your metabolism and enhance your reaction time.

The TennisXtra Program combines off court workshops designed to enable top performance with on court trainingand fitness training. Each weekly half hour workshop on various topics will give players a framework for understanding what success is, creating goals for themselves, and giving them the required support to achieve those goals. The program is available for both juniors and adults.
