For young people ranging from 4 to 14 years old, Fore Court has developed youth fitness classes offering cardio training and strength conditioning, nutritional instruction, games and relays, and sports and gymnastic skills. Classes are broken down into age groups for 4 to 7 year olds, 8 to 10 year olds, and 11 to 14 year olds, with different activities offered for different age groups. The classes run for one hour and are offered twice a week.
Tennis For Tots
Fore Court offers thirty minute weekly introductory tennis instruction for 3 to 6 year olds which include bouncing, throwing and hitting balls to further develop hand-eye coordination and muscular control
